Located just a stone’s throw from Bardolino, Residence Cascina Cavaleone is more than just a holiday destination; it is a place where the history of Cavaion Veronese comes to life. Deeply rooted in the community, this house was for generations the home of a long-established family who shaped the life and traditions of this picturesque region on Lake Garda.
Due to old age, the original family reluctantly decided to sell. This is where the second chapter of the Cascina begins: a new owner family, who themselves have been passionately renting holiday homes for many years and love their job, took over the property.
With a lot of love and dedication, the hosts carefully restored the Cascina and transformed it into a charming holiday retreat. The goal was clear: to preserve the historical charm of the old walls and seamlessly combine it with modern comfort.
Today, two tastefully furnished apartments are available, leaving nothing to be desired. Guests enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, free high-speed internet, as well as practical holiday helpers like a dishwasher and washing machine.
In the Cascina Cavaleone, you can feel the soul of Lake Garda – a place where the past is honored and the present is fully enjoyed. Welcome home!

How do i get there?
Arrival by car
- Affi Highway Exit: After leaving the A22 highway (Autostrada del Brennero) at the „Affi – Lago di Garda Sud“ exit, turn right at the roundabout towards „Cavaion Veronese.“
- To Cavaion Veronese: Follow the main road, which leads directly to Cavaion Veronese. The road is well signposted.
- Arrival in Cavaion: At the roundabout, turn right onto Via Pozzo dell’Amore, then turn right again onto Via Cavalline. Follow this street to the end. Then, turn left onto Via Roma. Drive all the way down Via Roma to Via Vittorio Veneto. At the small square, turn right onto Via Belvedere. Follow this street to the first possible right turn. Turn right, and the „Cascina Cavaleone“ is immediately on your left.
Important Note: The historic center of Cavaion has narrow streets. Please drive carefully.
